Returning goods to Urban Industry is simple.
All Returns
You have 28 Days from delivery of your order to return it to us. All normal returns terms & conditions apply to these items.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item then Returns are FREE (Please note that we DO NOT reserve stock for exchanges. If the item you have requested for an exchange is out stock when we process your return, we will issue you with store credit automatically). We do recommend you place a new order for the size you require asap to avoid disappointment.
If you decide you no longer want store credit, you can ask for a refund (This will include a £2.70* return fee).
Store Credit (ie No Refund to original payment)
Selecting store credit also gives you FREE Returns.
Please note: If you have selected Store credit you will receive a Gift voucher. If your Gift voucher has been created and weve emailed it to you will no longer be able to change your mind and ask for a refund. So please only select store credit if you are 100% sure.
Refund
If you return an item for a Refund you can use our low priced Return Service for a flat charge of just £2.70 (what it costs us) and this will be deducted from your refund. Our service will normally be much cheaper than sending your item back yourself via a courier or the Royal Mail.
You are more than welcome to use your own returns postal method. We, of course, advise using a fully tracked service so that you know that is has arrived back with us safely.
Luggage Bags
(Luggage bags eg, Eastpak bags will have a return fee of £4.00)*We do not offer a Returns Service for any Large luggage bags and customers will have to return using their own postage method at the customer's cost.
