Fixed rate shipping to Australia via Royal Mail is currently taking around 2 weeks - an express option via DHL is available at extra cost on selected products.

Taxes & Import Duties
Applicable shipping is displayed during checkout. Please note there is no option to pay duties up front. Customs in your country will contact you if there are any duties to pay before delivery.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift. We do not send to PO BOX addresses.

If you have any queries with your order once you have received them. ie, damaged items, customs costs etc. You must notify Urban Industry within 24 Hours so we can process the problem quickly. If you have received your parcel in poor condition/damaged or have items missing. You must keep all outer packaging so that the courier can collect the box for their investigation.
